Alaskan Expressions started in 2013, when a group of friends began selling their handmade knit, crochet, and jewelry pieces at school and holiday bazaars. What began with a simple booth name dreamed up by her mom eventually grew into owner Trinnity Olson's dream of opening a store of her own.

That dream became a reality in 2024 when Alaskan Expressions opened its Fairbanks storefront. Today, it’s a place to discover handmade goods created in North Pole, shop Alaska-made products and fiber arts supplies, learn a new skill, find affordable secondhand clothing, and connect with a growing creative community.

At the heart of it all is a love for Alaska, creativity, community, and a desire to honor Christ through the way Alaskan Expressions serves and connects with the people around it.
