Alaskan Expressions started in 2013 with myself (Alaskan born and raised in North Pole, Alaska.) and friends who love to craft that just wanted to sell what we make. In high school I had dreams of owning my own store and doing what I love creating. 10 years later I decided to pursue those dreams full time. Doing markets, creating, writing my own patterns, creating project kits, teaching classes, getting this website built, and lastly getting my own store front here in Fairbanks! Whether you are looking for that special Alaskan handmade gift for someone, want to learn a new skill, need project inspiration, or gently used clothing we can help. Alaskan Expressions is women owned and made in Alaska certified. Our wide selection of handmade items are all handmade by myself here in the interior.  Alaskan Expressions prioritizes other Alaskan business and U.S. based businesses when possible. With all of the expanding that this business has grown into we are far from finished yet. We see so many needs in Fairbanks and society that we would love to be able to grow into Alaskan Expressions God willing.
